Welcome to My IQ Test, operated by Creative Solutions or DADA DIGITAL PTE LTD ("we", "our", or "us"). The following Terms of Use, coupled with any guidelines or policies we may post on My IQ Test, and our Privacy Policy available at /privacy, collectively form the "Agreement" that oversees your access to and use of My IQ Test. This includes any related applications we may introduce under the My IQ Test brand (together, the "Service").

This Agreement establishes a binding contract between you and us. Before navigating the site or utilizing any of its features, please ensure you thoroughly review these terms. By choosing to access or use the Service, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and commit to adhering to its entirety. Should you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you must refrain from accessing or using the Service. If these terms are viewed as an offer, then acceptance is strictly confined to this Agreement. Additionally, any individual previously barred from accessing or using My IQ Test is not permitted to use the Service under any circumstance.

By accessing or using My IQ Test's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement") with My IQ Test ("we", "our", or "us"). This Agreement determines your use of the Service, and any disputes that may arise from such use will be resolved based on the stipulations herein.

We hold the right to amend this Agreement at our discretion. Such modifications become effective once posted on the Service. Continued use post any such modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. It's recommended to periodically review this Agreement for any changes.

To utilize the Service, you must either be at least 18 years old or have attained the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Engaging with the Service confirms that you fulfill this age requirement.

After registering with My IQ Test, you'll receive login credentials for your account. It is crucial to ensure the confidentiality of your account details. Any unauthorized use or suspected breach must be reported immediately. My IQ Test is not liable for any loss due to unauthorized usage of your account.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which elaborates on our data collection, usage, and protection practices. By using the Service, you consent to such data practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

All materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, presented on the Service are the property of My IQ Test or its licensors. The compilation and presentation of content on the Service is the exclusive property of My IQ Test and is protected by applicable laws.

You agree to not:

  1. Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  2. Bypass or attempt to bypass any security mechanisms in place by My IQ Test.
  3. Use the Service for any illegal activities or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  4. Exploit the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.

Upon choosing a service package, you'll be charged a one-time fee as displayed on the sign-up screen. By entering your payment information, you confirm the accuracy of the details provided and authorize the charge. Our services are billed on a one-time payment basis, and you will have access to the Service according to the terms specified for the package you purchase. All payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial service periods or unutilized content. Payments will appear on your statement as “Creative IQ Solution”.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for any reason. In the event of termination not resulting from a breach of this Agreement by you, and should specific products or services be available for use beyond termination, you will retain access to those specific products or services until the end of the service period you have purchased. However, for all other aspects of the Service, termination will be effective immediately, and no refunds will be provided for any one-time payments made for the now-terminated Service access.

We offer the Service on an “AS IS” basis, without any warranties about its functionality, content, or associated products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for using the Service in the month prior to any claim.

You'll defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My IQ Test and its associates from any costs or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.

You might find links to third-party websites or services on My IQ Test. These are not endorsed or controlled by us, and any interactions with them are solely at your risk.

Any dispute will be brought individually, not as a collective or class action.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in courts within Singapore. The Agreement outlines the entire understanding between you and My IQ Test and can only be altered in writing.
